Workout Details

Warm Up:
  • World’s Greatest Stretch
Workout:
0:30 Work, 0:10 Rest
  • KB Goblet Squat Curl to Press
  • KB Figure 8
  • Half Kneel OH Press
  •  KB 2 Hand Single Leg Deadlift
  • KB Swings

1:00 Rest, repeat.

Cooldown:
  • Half Kneeling Thoracic Hold
  • Half Kneeling Overhead Reach
  • Hamstring Stretch
